Everything was very good. The hotel has an excellent central location with easy access to public transportation, including a direct metro connection to the airport. Most major historical sites are within walking distance. If you walk around 10,000 steps a day, you can easily see almost everything. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Loved the room, location and staff. Will atay again too short a stay! The restaurants and tapas bars nearby were awesome. One of my faves for breakfast or brunch was less than a block away La Rollerie.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, which truly made the experience even better. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and felt extremely safe, which was important to me. The room was spotless and well maintained, and I was able to rest peacefully without any noise disturbances. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service.

A very good location, clean rooms, no food options but plenty nearby, first day had a bit of trouble getting in as it was a code system and no one was around to help, after that day everything was fine and a helpful lady was in the building to help with any queries.

It’s not a hotel, even less a boutique one. It’s a level in an apartment building, so very airbnb style, but without its advantages (no kitchen, no fridge). Tiny rooms. Very basic. OK for one night, but you may want to look for smth more comfortable for a longer stay. On a brighter side, it’s clean and centrally located. Staff is polite and responsive.

Hotel was very difficult to find. It is in a residential building with no signage, I phoned the hotel but got through to their sister hotel and they did not know where to go either. Room was clean and nicely furnished though and location was great.

The room is self is basic, but a very comfortable bed, pillows and a great upgraded beautiful bathroom and shower. THe elevator to the 5th floor where the hotel is placed is a bit small and old, but fits in with the charm of the old world area! Right in the heart of everything!

Great location. Clean. Had requested 2 separate beds was only given a double bed. Management did not make effort to accommodate. Terrible pillows. Elevator is terribly small. Rooms are on 5th floor above resident flats. On one occasion I was waiting downstairs for my son to come down and a “Karen” who I gather lives in one of the flats harassed me saying I had to wait outside. I advised I was a guest and she didn’t care. I had to let her know she was rude. Beware!

Overall, great experience. The location is absolutely perfect. 100% recommend to anyone coming to Madrid. Only minor details (some of which may still be in progress since it's brand new): - A bigger nightstand could be added to fit a phone/ water/ book. - The counterspace in the bathroom is kinda small. Maybe a shelf to hold products ;) - The blanket could be bigger. - Could use a desk in the bedroom. That said, everything is new and of great taste. Shower had great pressure; air con nice and clean, extra points for mini fridge in bedroom; perfect location; helpful reception team. Not hotel-specific but there's a 24h supermarket in the corner and 2 metro stations/lines close by, but if you are here for tourism, you barely need it. Walked to all major points. Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Museo del Prado, Mercado de San Miguel, C. de la Cava Baja and its tapas bars. Would definetely come back.
