Everything was great, luxurious. Everything new. The AC was fantastic. The location is one of the Best in Madrid. Very confortable for a family of 4 with 2 full bathrooms. A kitchen. We invited family and there place is so big we enjoyed a lot the world cup games 2026. Thanks for such a wonderful place.

The place itself was nice, the only thing was the communication. If you needed a question answered before even arrival it was almost impossible to get a response in a good time, which made the process a little stressful. I did not get check-in instructions until a few hours before it was actually time to check in the same day. Overall, nice place just needs better communication.
