"We stayed here with my partner and our two children and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel staff were fantastic throughout our stay, providing a warm welcome on arrival and excellent service until we checked out. A special mention goes to the receptionists, who noticed it had been my daughter's birthday the day before. When we returned to the hotel that evening, the team had prepared a lovely little surprise for her. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made her day even more special. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, and in a great location, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Lo único que no me gustó fue la comida de la cena tuve mala experiencia pedí unas costillas al barbeku y secas no estaban jugosas y las papas fritas frías inclusive me cayó mal tienen que ponerle un poco más de dedicación ala comida porque vienen personas de diferentes países y la verdad no quedan satisfechos por eso muchos van a comer afuera si hubiera una variación de platos y buena calidad daría gusto comer hay gasté $23 euro fue cómo votarlos a la basura de lo demás todo excelente el desayuno espectacular y las habitaciones maravillosas y su personal muy amable"

Hotel needs to find a mechanism when the winds are a little strong there is shade provided that can withstand winds without having to shut off umbrellas/shade all together. Stayed for 9 days and every day the umbrellas were closed. Too hot to stay this way by the pool"

"Great location for tourists visiting Madrid with a Metro station and bus station a short walk away. Super friendly and helpful staff. Only minor complaint is the rooms are really bare bones. No fridge in a warm country seems odd. Bathroom and shower door are also the same which made showering a challenge. However, given the location and how good service was from the staff I would still stay there again."
