Nice stay in Machu Picchu Town

My 2-night stay at Mantu Boutique was pleasant and comfortable. The young women working the front desk (and doubling as cooks/servers at breakfast) were very friendly, and when i found that the space heater in my room wasn't working, they quickly replaced it with one from a vacant room. Breakfast was nice; fruit, juice, yogurt, bread, eggs, coffee/tea. The bed was good, and hot water in the shower was plentiful. Easy walk from the train station.

Great hotel for our situation in Aguas Calientes. Clean hotel and great location. They have a portable heater for when it’s cold and the bathroom has ventilation. It has a cafe attached to it which is another convenience to us since we were exhausted from the train ride. Above all the service from the staff was excellent. They went above and beyond. They also gave us breakfast to go at 5am due to our 7am appointment at Machu Picchu. Great experience overall.

Very good budget hotel.

The room is small. The door of the bathroom could not open all of the way because it hit the toilet. Didn’t bother me but might others. The shower is hot and water pressure good unless other showers were being used at the same time. The breakfast is limited to coffee and eggs which were served with croissants and were delicious and adequate. The staff is helpful and friendly. The area is quiet.

This hotel was really good for our short stay. Bed was amazing, water pressure and hot water were great. Very convenient to food, shopping and tran. If you have questions the staff goes above to meet your needs. Convenient luggage storage while up at Machu Picchu. Breakfast was good and quick. Would definately stay here again for the price, comfort and convenience.

Lise (not sure of spelling) was an amazing hotel manager. She met us when we got off the train, made sure all of our tickets were in order, walked us to the MP bus in the AM, and again to the train when we were leaving. Even though this service wasn’t needed and we could have figured out each step on our own, her help made our journey 100% better because we literally had no stresses with our large group. The hotel is in an excellent location, breakfast was also simple but delicious. I honestly have only good things to say about our experience at Mantu Boutique Hotel.

The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Management team sent a staff member to pick us up at the train station which was great because we only had 2 hrs before our timed entry to Machu Picchu and could not waste afford to any time looking for the property. They also helped us get bus tickets to MP. The free breakfast the next day was good also.

Very convenient, 2 min walk to the bus station and 5 min walk to train station. Clean and Quiet at night. Nice service. They even prepared a breakfast bag for us at 5:30 am because we have to leave early to Machu Picchu. Free luggage storage too! Highly recommended.
