"The people who work there are superb!
The other guests were really noisy till 11 pm, it was hard to fall asleep. Children runming in there rooms and knocking on walls. You could hear people talking and so clear, you knew what they are talkimg about. Not nice.
The breakfast is the best!
Beds are good, rooms well decorated.

"Terrible communications.
Requested checkin instruction 3 times each of the 3 days before my arrival in Poland without any reply. I had to phone the office when I arrived in the city 2 hours before checking in to find the apartment and get instructions for access. Then the instructions and codes given were incorrect and I was locked out of the apartment block. Was unable to get through on the phone, just got a Polish voicemail message, but was eventually able to get the problem solved on...

"Bedding smelled like perfume and needs to be replaced. Loud music from 6 am to 8 am and strsnge noises. Little communication from jotel."
