"Nice rooms Close to the lake Staff was great"

"Beautiful location, but not easy to access, very windy roads. The villa is quite old and a little run down. The room was spacious with a very nice view. Bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable. They advertised a free bottle of sparkling wine, which we never saw . The room was clean, full of antique furniture. There was a small balcony but the chairs and tables were quite dirty. We couldn't use them. Breakfast was good, with delicious homemade cake but no fresh fruit, only canned fruit ...

"The staff went beyond and above to help make our stay and car service successful. Very approachable and welcoming."

"This was the most beautiful, least functional room of our entire trip. The view was amazing but we didn't get to enjoy it much as we were barely in the room except to sleep. Obviously I saw in the pics that the shower and tub were in the open which I don't love, but I still booked it. The bigger problem is that the room is soooooo loud. We didn't sleep at all. You can hear every person come and go within the "hotel". And the main street is just below along with a bustling restaurant. We could...

"Great location, good accommodation, super kind and helpful manager (Federico)"

"I liked that the owner met us and helped carry my suitcase up four floors and upon arriving the room smelled freshly clean and a wonderful surprise was that there was a bottle of chilled Prosecco waiting for us. After our long day travelling , it was really nice to share a glass of Prosecco sitting on our deck overlooking Lake Como. The location was perfect and just a short walk to catch a ferry and travel the Lake and the bus stop was also close and took us into city centre and back to the...

"We felt like home away from home it was clean surrounded by beautiful scenery all the lakes como key sites not very far Every time we messaged the hotel response was straight away during stay and before check in Beautiful balcony and garden with sitting area with kids friendly toys and spaces in the garden We will be back"

"Very old building but perfectly fine if you don’t believe in ghosts"

"Room never cleaned or made in 6 days. Had to ask for toilet paper and wait half day for it. Trash never emptied for 6 days. I had to take out my own garbage because i did not want to smell."

"Wundervolle Unterkunft mit einem traumhaften Ausblick über den See und auf Locarno. Top ausgestattet - inkl. allem, was man benötigt. Einzig die Zufahrt zu der Unterkunft ist für größere Autos sehr schwer."

"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Es gab genug Parkplätze. Das Abendessen und das Frühstück in der Bar waren super."

"Excellent accueil et serviabilité"

"The staff was amazing. The location of the hotel is amazing in front of the lake. They are very helpful. They arranged all our trips. They arranged for us a boat trip around Lake Como. It was something to remember for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this hotel if you have enough budget and want the top of the top of the top."

"This was a great place with a clean room, good location near the bus, easy check-in, and friendly staff. I would stay here again."
