"We were very pleased with our stay here. The staff was excellent, the room was on the smaller side, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The room came with a 24 hour transportation pass, which was super convenient because the bus stop in right in front of the property and parking is very expensive in town. I would suggest that they add screens to the windows because the room was a little stuffy. We wanted to open the windows but saw bugs out of the window even on the 4th floor."

"All staff was super friendly. Room spacious and with good amenities. Close to all main attractions by foot. Classic style and with good personality. They give a pass for public transportation which was a plus and saved us money. Breakfast not included, but there are so many great options in the city for a quick bite. We check out and went to the city for the day and they kept our luggage for free. Nice and quiet location. I recommend Hotel Royal Luzern to everyone. Just to mention that is uphill and if you come for the central station with luggage, you must be in great shape like me hahaha!!!!"
