"Housekeeping came twice a day to keep our suite nice and tidy, fresh towels and sheets whenever needed. The resort is sprawling and the beach is beautiful, never had problems finding a nice shady spot on the beach under the trees. The highlight of the resort was all of the staff that went above and beyond to accommodate us. As someone visiting Jamaica for the first time, we wanted to be respectful of those who live there and represent their home. It felt as though all of the staff were inviting us into their own home to make sure we enjoyed our time on the island. I especially want to shout out the entertainment team, who helped keep us busy all over the resort, whether it be afternoon activities, daily volleyball or orchestrating the night life, it was always fun wherever they were. The food was much better than I expected for an all inclusive. Keep in mind the only restaurant there with AC is Feathers, so unfortunately it was a bit warm at other eating areas due to the climate but it's to be expected. Bring a fan around with you! You'll be thankful you did. My wife and I stayed from July 21-29. The property was beautiful, the rooms were well kept, but once again, the highlight of the stay was the people that made it feel special. I could not recommend this place more! This was our first all inclusive and we definitely will be back."

"Fairly decent Hotel and property. Well kept for an older hotel. The check in process was excellent. Quick, professional and friendly. This is always an important feature. The tiles in the room are lovely and give the place a real unusual look and feel. The rooms could however use a small fridge and I found the TV, as an older person, to be quite complicated. Couldn’t watch the local news. Otherwise, recommended fully, especially for shorter stays"

"I had another wonderful stay at Blue Paloma. The property is beautiful, clean, well maintained, calm, and peaceful. This was my third stay and, again, everything was perfect- the staff was very friendly, the bed was so comfortable, the shower in the nice bathroom was great with hot water and good water pressure, breakfast was delicious, my swim in the pool was refreshing. My room had a covered balcony with chairs, and I enjoyed relaxing on the chairs by the pool. I'm looking forward to being back next year!"
