"The in room beverage service was substandard, no cold beverages upon arrival. Took the whole first night for a cool beverage from the room. Getting it restocked was a nightmare. Literally had to request it 4 of 6 nights. The room was clean. The staff was excellent. Excursions were expensive no matter the service provider. Food choices were hit and miss. I looked at booking again but the price literally doubled. Also got sold on a high pressure vacation plan or package with an exorbitant cost. I declined! It’s not likely that I return."

This is my third time back in three consecutive years and the problem persists unchanged."
