"Unser Aufenthalt war einzigartig! Super Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hochprofessionellem Personal und sehr moderner Ausstattung. Kleine Probleme am ersten Abend unseres Aufenthalts wurden umgehend und hochprofessionell gelöst. Die Lage des Hotels ist super und bietet sich optimal zur Erkundung der wunderschönen Stadt Poznan an. "It's more like 1 large room with a "sliding semi-door" that doesn't serve any purposes-not much privacy if you're traveling with kids / family member. You can't watch TV or work if your kid is sleeping in another "section". The sheets in 1 room - too small for a bed, pillows are more like "child" size. "Booked this place as it was advertised with air conditioning. Booked specifically for our type 1 diabetic daughter as high temperatures impact her blood sugars. Arrived to find broken fan. No sign of air con. To make matters worst the property refused to move me to apartment with air con or refund the money. To add insult to injury Images on ebookers do not represent the place at all. "Ein sehr schönes Hotel auf einem sehr schön restaurierten Gelände. Zahlreiche gute Restaurants sind hier zu finden. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und vor allem auch sehr groß. Leider gab es nur eine Dusche in der Badewanne. Der Wellnessbereich ist sicherlich noch steigerungsfähig (Gestaltung und mehr Liegen). Das Frühstück war ganz ausgezeichnet.
