"Unfortunately from the moment I booked the hotel was not good. At my own fault I booked the wrong location. I attempted to cancel my reservation with no communication from the hotel. Arrived at the hotel and checked in the room smelt really bad was very dated and not clean. The window curtains were very dirty. So I requested another room. They do accommodate another room.it was substandard. Walls had patches all the corners were not cleaned/vacumed. Vents were dusty. Bathroom not cleaned well. Sink was clogged. Water took awhile to get hot. I made a mistake by booking here I gave them the benefit of the doubt but I will not be back. "

"Breakfast was subpar compared to other Hampton stays. No juice available, table was dirty. Room bathroom had one opened tiny soap at the sink (was it recycled?). 3towels for four occupants."

"Check the plumbing vent from sink/shower. Backdraft sewage smell."

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable and so was the air I didn’t have to adjust temp the entire time I was in room. Tv remote awful.. slow had to down load channel to phone but.. phone was in truck charging because there are no usb ports in room.:( Hotel was over run with families of young children having fun running down hallways I would have preferred to have been located away from all the families. Hotel appears to have taken a star down not what it used to be over the past 8 years I have been coming to Tech football games"

"We've stated here multiple times & this was the worst stay. When we arrived to our room, there were zero drinks/snacks available. We went to the restaurant & let the front desk girl know & her response is that sometimes they do that if there are under age kids staying there. No problem, but I would think they might go restock it but that didn't happen.The next day, we were out for the majority of the day & when we returned, it still hadn't been restocked & housekeeping hadn't been in our room. I then showered & the water stopped almost to a dribble 5 mins in? I've definitely had better experiences during previous stays. I hope this hotel isn't going downhill because the atmosphere/vibe is really great! "

"The hotel breakfast was very good. I had a big problem with the pull out couch. There was only a spring with a very, very thin sheet to lie on. The medal poked me when I lay down! I had to get blankets and sheets to cover the springs. Room 201"

"I’m not sure what went wrong, but when I arrived to check in, they couldn’t find my reservation. Apparently their system didn’t have the information from Expedia. It took almost two hours for them to try to resolve the issue, and during that time I had to go back to my car, drive around, and sit on hold while going back and forth with customer service. I was told an escalating manager would call me back, but that never happened. By the time two hours had passed, I no longer felt comfortable staying there. What made the situation worse was the lack of ownership from the staff. Imagine flying from Atlanta to Lubbock for a black-tie event later that afternoon, arriving around 3 PM expecting to check into your room to rest and prepare, only to get stuck in a customer service loop instead. Overall it was a very frustrating experience. No one seemed concerned that I ended up losing money because of it."

"Room was dirty, bathroom dirty, shower had hairs and etc in it. room was nothing like photos on hotels.com site. linens were stained. had to chase the staff in the morning for towels to take a cold shower (no hot water) plenty of parking though...."
