The property is in bad shape. Card key entry doors are unlocked and don’t require a card key. Furniture in the room was falling apart. Linens and towels were old and dingy. Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lubbock Southwest, TX
Carpet in the room had dried stains of food on it. Hair all over the bathroom sink and floor. Made me question if the bathroom was cleaned prior to our arrival. Sheets were wrinkled, wonder if they were changed.
