Very nice place to stay, near the morning market and night market. Plenty of food to eat around the villa. The staff is really nice and very good at communicating. The place is clean and well taken care of. There’s a hostel right next to villa which gets loud sometimes but other than that it’s really good place to stay

Handy and homely

Close to the night market and very close to the morning market but quiet and comfortable. Bathroom was a bit dated and hot water fluctuated but otherwise it was great Staff very helpful and friendly

Tellement dommage de procéder une si belle bâtisse et de proposer un aussi mauvais service... Accueil inexistant, le jeune homme en charge de l'accueil dort en permanence par terre derrière le comptoir. Ne rien lui demander car on sent bien qu'on le dérange ! Service médiocre : le ménage n'a pas été fait. Wifi trés peu performant. Petit déjeuner non testé. Seul l'emplacement est bon...

車が入って来れない路地あるが立地は良い。各種リクエスト(バイクレンタル、鉄道駅への車手配)は完璧に対応。特に、バイクはパスポートを宿のフロントに預けるので安心。残念だったのは、連泊時の掃除がなかった、冷蔵庫が壊れていた、ハンガーがなかったぐらい。

アクセスがいい場所です

部屋は大きく、清潔です。冷房もよく効いています。 気になるほど酷くはないですが、アリが入ってくる穴があるようで、デスクの近くを動いていたのが残念。あと、2泊目はwifiが全く通じませんでした。街自体、ネックワークが脆弱なので、この街で過ごすというのはネットを遮断するくらいのつもりで考えられる人なら、全く問題ないです。

Centralt nära morgonmarknaden och Mekong. Små bord till frukost ute. Frukost kostar 25 kr och består av smoothie med mango, pain riche, äggröra bacon korv tomat o potatis, fruktsallad och te eller kaffe.

Good location, Basic, clean, inexpensive rooms.

Good location very near the Mekong River, close enough to the night market and the main street. Basic, comfortable room, very inexpensive. Staff are friendly and helpful. Just a suggestion: Don't get the rate that includes breakfast. There are a lot of better places to get a proper breakfast. Overall a nice, comfortable guesthouse stay.

we stayed two nights, booked 2 rooms. room is nice, designed like local houses. very near the town center and market. the staff are so accommodating and helped us in our activities. they also speak english very well so we dont have problem communicating. all our request are attended immediately. definitely we highly recommend this guesthouse 👍

This is a very nice property just half a block or less to the Mekong River. It is relatively quiet. You could occasionally hear other guests but it was not annoying. The guest house reflected a "French Colonial Era" look.

Al llegar nos digeron que nuestra reserva no era alli,si no en otra guesthouses que acababan de abrir en otra zona a unos 300m de este mismo,aun apareciendo en la app de expedia como la ubicacion de nuestra reserva.Aun asi,al quejarnos y exigir nuestra habitacion ya pagada,no nos pusieron poblemas en dejarnos estar en esta ubicacion.Desde ese mismo momento todo fuè como la seda.El personal atento y encantador,preocupados en todo momento de nuestro bienestar y de que todo fuera de nuestro agrado,en 2 meses de viaje por diferentes paises de asia,sin duda la mejor guesthouses en el que estuve.Cabe destacar la amabilidad y simpatia de SY,el chico de recepcion,el cual desde el principio hizo que todo fuera mas que excelente,sin duda para repetir en esta gran gueshouses
