Gutes Preis/Leistung finde ich optimal

Das Hotel ist solide gebaut und macht einen guten Eindruck. Es wird fleissig gereinigt und man erhält sehr kompetente Auskunft von der Chefin welche auch das Frühstück zubereitet. Kaffee, Tee, Wasser gibt es ohne Zusatzkosten, auch die Bikes sind gratis. Bei mir ist leider unterwegs ein Pedal abgebrochen.

Just outside the centre but right across from one of the temples and next door to the Red Cross massage centre - so quiet location within easy walking distance of the centre. Comfortable bed, good breakfast. The laundry service was excellent too.

Best place in Laos

Sehr schönes Zimmer, geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Ausgezeichnete Lage und prinzipiell sehr ruhig aber baustellenlärm. Als entschädigung würde uns eine Tour zu den Wasserfällen geschenkt. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Vielen Dank es war bezaubernd.

盗まれることはありませんでしたが、靴を事務所前の下駄箱に入れて、スリッパに履き替えてから、部屋に入ります。また、ラオスの電気事情がよく無いので、宿泊中、一度停電がありましたが、すぐに復旧しました。

Good stay. The hosts were nice and helpful. It was raining during our stay and they provided free umbrellas. They also provide free bike to ride around town. The only negative thing was that there were a quite a few flying insects in our room. It would have been nice if they provided insect repellent inscence or electronic pest repellant in the rooms.

A big let down

Really look forward to staying here unfortunately, a big let down, bed really uncomfy, English breakfast in edible, coffee should have been cafetière but was poured from filter coffee machine so cold , why advertise fresh coffee if you Don’t have it. Building lovely that’s it not worth the money.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved staying here! By far the best hotel we stayed at in Laos. The property is very clean and tidy. The location is perfect - close to everything while still being on a quiet side street. Breakfast is delicious! It is made on demand, with 8 different options to choose from. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and courteous. They arranged our excursions and transportation for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Best Stay in Laos!

Our stay at Maison Vongprachan exceeded our expectations on basically every level. All the basics were on point (clean room, no bugs, A/C worked great, hot water all the time, always felt our belongings were completely safe), but the service we received from the staff made us feel as though we were staying in a 5 star hotel. The young woman who works during the day at the front desk, I believe her name is Hien, was an amazing resource. From arranging a tuk-tuk driver for the day at a rate much lower than we ever could have found on our own, to printing out the Visa we needed for Vietnam (very hard to find a printer in Luang Prabang!), she made what would have been a very good stay in Luang Prabang become an excellent one. The free loaner bicycles, the 24-hour coffee/tea in the lobby area, and very reasonably priced laundry service were also very handy ameneties. The location was also perfect for us--very easy walk to anywhere in town, just a couple blocks from Utopia bar and other cool restaurants, but still felt relatively quiet, being tucked back in an alley. If I'm ever back in Luang Prabang, this will definitely be where I stay!

Great location, upper level rooms better , we had 3 different rooms and lower level a little damp, dark and not as good condition, I would also prefer complimentary water not cocoa cola.

とにかく清潔感があり、スタッフの方の対応も素晴らしかったです。コスパ最強。立地についてはやや中心街から離れているものの、十分歩ける距離ですし、自転車の無料貸出もあるので利用してみては。
