Really nice hotel with excellent staff.

It was just great!!! Very nice room! Sofie (who is English) and Waht (who also spoke very good English) worked at the hotel and they were just excellent! So helpful! Waht even asked me if I wanted to come with him on a motorbike and visit his family up in the mountains. A very special day. I really recommend this hotel!

Perfect stay with excellent staff!

Staff couldn’t do enough for you and we had welcome drinks on arrival. Breakfast was lovely and served quickly. The room were large and very comfortable. The shower itself was great with good temperature control. The location is perfect too. Close to restaurants/bars, temples, mount Phousi, the river and the UXO museum! Perfect stay, would go again!

Very pleasant stay. Helpful staff and very good service. I liked having the coffee making facilities in the room. Delicious free breakfast with a good selection.

바가지가 아닌 사기 칠려는 호텔입니다.

여기 3일은 묵었는데 익스피디아에 당연히 예약을 해서 가서 체크인에 무리가 없었습니다. 우리는 아침 9시 비행기인데 오전 7시에 체크아웃 하니깐 남자직원이 우리가 돈을 지불을 안했으니 금액을 내라고 하여 당황하였습니다. 그래서 스마트폰으로 보여주며서 익스피디아에 지불한것 봐라 실시간으로 검색되는것을 보여주더니 그래서 그럼 첫날에 물어봤어야 하지 않느냐 항의까지 했습니다. 제가 이렇게 여행을 다니고 출장을 많이 다녔지만 이런호텔은 처음봤습니다. 돈도 안받고 호텔 투숙해주는데가 어디 있냐고 남자직원 하는 말 자기가 지금 익스피디아에 전화해보겠다 하더니 가두 된다구 미안하도 하였는데 아침에 정신이 없어서 급하게 비행기 타야 하는바람에 갔는데 더 항의하다 못하고 급하게 호텔을 떠났습니다 오전 7시에 익스피디아 통화 안됩니다. 정말 조심해야 할곳입니다. 방은 어둑어둑 합니다. 가지 마세요 절대로

Hotel overbooked!!!

Expedia overbooked the hotel and we were put in a different hotel with a completely different room configuration. Instead of a family suite with 2 big beds, 4 of us were put in a room with 1 queen and 1 twin. When we were not happy the hotel staff from the overbooked hotel offered to refund our money but we didn't want to walk around town with our luggage looking for hotel room (in high season) after a 5 hr bus drive into Luang Prabang. It seems there is no communication between the hotel and Expedia. Unlike booking.com, the hotel staff had no way to contact and inform us their hotel was already overbooked. And we had already paid for our room. We have been traveling in SE Asia for the last several months and I find booking.com to be better.

Great hotel!

Staff were super friendly and accommodating during our stay. Hotel is fairly basic, but amenities were well stocked and the welcome drink and fruit was a nice touch. Breakfast was quite yummy with fresh baguettes. Location is amazing too, right close to most touristy things and great little shops (wish we would have had more time to visit the tea shop across the road again!). Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the great service!

바로 옆 대형 마트도 있고 야시장과 탁발거리도 가깝고 푸시산입구가 바로 옆이라 접근성이 좋음. 다만 수압이 약하고 배수가 좋지 않음. 직원도 친절하고 좋았지만 유리창 깨진거나 전등이 나간점은 마이너스.

God placering i gåafstand til Hovedgaden men med masser af spisemuligheder og turistinformationdbutikker lige ved siden af. Desuden fandt vi ud af at munkene fik almisser lige uden for hotellet. Vi havde prøvet at finde en gade mindre crowded end Hovedgaden. Morgenmaden var simpel men god, drømmer stadig om den hjemmelavede marmelade yum!! Alt i alt et dejligt sted, måske en lille smule for dyrt

Colonial style budget hotel

A great place to stay in Luang Prabang. Close to the markets and temples but on the quiter side of the town so not disturbed by all the noise. Very close to good bars and restaurants and run by really enthusiastic and helpful staff. We had wanted to stay longer as we enjoyed Luang Prabang so much but sadly the hotel was fully booked so had to move.

Comfy and Cheap

I stayed here based on a suggestion from a friend. The bed was comfortable and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of wifi in the room, but besides that, the place was definitely worth the money.

Nice hotel

Nice staff , big room. Bathroom is shower in the same place as toilet so everything gets wet but it is large and they give you 2 towels plus bath mat so it isn't so bad. Slippers as well which is a nice touch.
