"Great base for us to tour around from All we need there Able to walk to local pub too"

"Needs a refurb"

"Terrible odor in hotel and room on arrival. Our window to harbor was adjacent to our neighbors room who could see right into our room if we kept window/door open . We checked in and left immediately. Very disappointing and hotel staff did not question why we were leaving after just checking in."

"Parking was a challenge when disabled and no one to ask for help however the staff were able to help once I was inside the building"

"This is an old building, so expect quirky! My room had a sloping floor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Bathroom sparkling and modern. Breakfast hot and cold options."

"Excellent location, spotless room, staff very polite and friendly. Need training too slow. Breakfast very good. Unbeatable sea view"

"Fantastic hotel! Thank you"

"The room was clean and spacious, the staff was warm and welcoming, and there was parking space for Lodgers."

"We loved the location staff was helpful however there are signs of wear and tear everywhere. Worn carpets, chunks of plaster missing pieces of wood off the doors missing and non working light bulbs in the room. I’m hoping it’s because it’s the end of a busy season and they plan on repairing everything in the winter. Restaurant was nice but seemed a little understaffed. Had to get up and go to the bar to get a refill of my wine after waiting and waiting. Food was good"

"The accomodation was basic and worn. Way over priced at £105 a night (£50 maximum should be charged). No remote control for the TV, 1970s room decor, amateurish staff. Accomodation states it is a Hotel. It is a basic pub with rooms upstairs. Worst value for money for paying for a room in my life. I feel like I was scammed."

"Sistemazione confortevole in un’ottima posizione per visitare l’estremità occidentale della Cornovaglia. Parcheggio comodissimo. Ottima e abbondante colazione cucinata, possibilità di cenare. Personale gentilissimo. Sistemazione della camera un pochino da rivedere: era presente una enorme e consunta poltrona che occupava inutilmente tantissimo spazio. Wifi non sempre funzionante."

"Staff were really great and welcoming. Water pressure wasn’t great but otherwise it was a lovely stay Thankyou."

"Unusual "arty" decor. Very clean. Rooms and beds are very small. Breakfast NOT included. Staff friendly and cheerful. Good location."

"A great, spacious and well-kept property with good food and friendly and helpful staff and easy parking and access to St Ives."

"We have stayed all over Cornwall and this is without a doubt the best place we have stayed. It was quiet, relaxing and calm and the decor, calming music and room amenities made it a perfect setting for a relaxing break. The owners are helpful and pay great detail in making sure your stay is the best possible. We would definitely return"

"Excellent stay, felt very welcoming upon arrival. Was even offered a room with a larger bed due to my height, but the bed and the room we booked was amazing. Looking forward to our next stay."

"I really cannot comment on the amenities as we didn’t use any due to being out all day touring. Location was great and rooms were nice and clean. A nice stay indeed!"
