"Murat the owner was very kind and helpful. Room was large, windows were plentiful with tea, coffee& water. Breakfast was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! Mattress was HARD, if you are accustomed to a soft bed this WILL be an issue. I would recommend Ivy Cappadocia for anyone looking for a great location, breakfast & large comfortable room Thank you again Murat for your hospitality. "

"Excellent service (especially at the front desk), great breakfast buffet, comfortable bed, cozy room decor, perfect location, fantastic views from restaurant and rooftop, and unexpected fun with the cats that the hotel takes care of. Only negatives were that I wish the restaurant put burners under the hot food at the breakfast buffet because the food was always cold or room temperature instead of hot and they kept running out of coffee cups—we had to bring our own cups from our room most days....

"The young men, owners (brothers)who built the hotel themselves were extremely polite and friendly. I was so impressed by these young hard working business men. Their cousin also very helpful and polite person was enjoyable to talk with. Tips on the area and what to see. The breakfast every morning was just wonderful and tasty. Kudos to them. A very charming little kind place to stay for a few days. I would definately return to this establishment."

"Gala Cave is the best boutique hotel we have ever stayed. It's in a quiet spot in the town centre, close to shops, restaurants. The room is very large and clean, has an authentic cave feel. The bed is very comfortable. The rooftop terrace is facing the balloon launching site in the valley.
