Very happy and satisfied with the staff, from the second we arrived to the second we checked out and even after they treated me and my wife amazingly. Helping us book activities and taking care of our luggage and whatever accommodation was needed. The room looked amazing and the breakfast was delicious. 100% recommend this place. The view was also amazing.

Very nice and affordable stay in Göreme. The service from the hotel personnel was outstanding. It’s a very comfortable and centrally-located hotel yet quiet from the main center of town. The air con was a bit weak but otherwise the room was very comfortable and nice.

Authentic cave hotel

Reception staff are very welcoming, helpful and attentive. The bed was comfortable. Good air conditioning. Modern and lovely terrace for us to chill out. Breakfast was delicious too. We had a pleasant stay.

Luvi Cave Cappadocia

Amazing hotel, family owned and run business. Staff very approachable, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. Cleaning staff did a great job at keep the rooms lovely and clean. I stayed 4 nights, the hotel with its fantastic views of the town from the top terrace and bar contributed to winding down after a wonder day of sight seeing. I highly recommend this hotel with its beautiful and loveable mascot dog Max!

3 Night Stay at Luvi

My husband and I had a 3 night stay at Luvi during our trip to Cappadocia and everything was great. Accommodations were true to photos and the staff was beyond professional and helpful. Restaurant recommendations ✅ Ballon ride arrangements ✅ Tours ✅ Airport Transfers ✅ We lacked for nothing and as a result had a wonderful stay. I would recommend booking with Luvi without hesitation.

The staffs are very considerate and responsive to all requests. The room we stayed is spacious & the location is excellent . We can see the hot air balloons floating in the sky as soon as we open door . If you can’t see the hot air balloon from your room, it’s still beautiful to take pictures of the hot air balloons on their terrace. I highly recommend this hotel .

Special gem in an amazing town

We were excited to get to the Luvi Hotel based on the images online, and the reality was even better! We were greeted warmly by Boris, and he shared helpful information before giving us a tour of the property and finally helping us get settled in our incredible room. Our room had luxury amenities and the staff was always available and helpful, day and night. The breakfast buffet rivaled any fine restaurant. We felt spoiled and so lucky to have found this gem! Don't miss out.

Time we went was when it was starting to get warm so it’s expected that there will be more bugs out. On our first morning, we saw that there was a cockroach in our room, reception was very kind and helped remove it from our room and got our room treated while we were out to avoid any more bugs coming in. They were also very friendly and was helpful with the suitcases and suggestions for dining around the area. Rooms were clean! Unfortunately our hot air balloon was cancelled during our stay but will definitely stay here again when we come back for the hot air balloon.
