Great hotel and very clean and top class bedroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good quality and high standard local restaurant. Overall we had great stays at the hotel. Only minor suggestion for betterent would be to reconfigurate the top terrace/roof furniture layout for photo shooting of sunrise with hot air balloon in early morning.

Our stay at Cratus was amazing! From the professionalism shown in the smooth pickup to the airport to the check in process, guidance on and arranging all the tours everything was fantastic. Meeting and interacting with the owner (who drove and picked us up from the airport) and the front desk staff was great! He’s really personable and hands on and was a genuinely nice person to talk to! The rooms were modern, clean and great! The location was perfect to walk to bars and restaurants off site. The breakfast was really good and will fill you up for a day of touring. They even gave us a little snack pack to take with us in the plane since our flight was so early. I would highly recommend staying here it was a great experience and very convenient! Thank you to the owner for an amazing stay! Love from Jamaica!

Restaurant is excellent. The Turkish breakfast was an amazing selection of Turkish fruit, cheese and bread. Terrace is an amazing place to view the morning balloons. Staff was always smiling and going out of their way to help. A great value!

Buse, Ramazan and Murat made the experience exceptional. The boutique hotel is charming, comfortable and quiet yet close to everything. Clean and modern with an amazing cave feel to it. Buse is trilingual and very communicative and helpful. I felt I was home with family around. I recommend this place highly. Not to mention the restaurant upstairs top notch food and service.

I enjoyed staying at the Cratus Hotel. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Ramazon who helped us arrange ATV and balloon rides upon our arrival. The rooms are nicely appointed with robes, slippers and toiletries. There is a restaurant at the top level and it is recommended that you have dinner there at least one night of your stay. Breakfast was included and was not a buffet, but the staff was very accommodating in providing us with any food item we needed. The location is within walking distance of other restaurants and shops. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend!

If only I could rate this property over 5 stars! Our stay here was impeccable from start to finish. We arrived and were given early check in, with helpful information and tea while we waited. The entire hotel is beautifully decorated, with thoughtful details and great views. Our room was well-stocked and the robes and towels were comfortable and a great touch. Every single staff member was kind and treated us like family. They would share tea, fruits, and snacks with us while we were waiting in the lobby. By far one of the best parts of this hotel is the breakfast - an incredible spread that suited every kind of traveler. The servers were attentive and made every effort to have our breakfast how we wanted. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of Goreme and close to everything you need. Out of all of the time we spent in Turkiye, this was the highlight. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be returning for sure!

Buse a pris le temps de nous conseiller sur les activités et choses à faire. Elle a vraiment été soucieuse de la réussite de notre séjour et de notre satisfaction. C’est tellement rare d’avoir un accueil aussi doux et personnel. L’hôtel, les chambres sont bien décorés et très propre. Les équipes du restaurant sont aussi au top.
