"Booked through Expedia, easy booking, good communication. Nice little end terraced property suited us for the night. We was visiting family so only slept in property. Property was tidy, code was given on day, parking space available with permit left on table, beds comfy, powerful shower. Quite area, floorboards are loose which rattles the floor and wardrobes. Don't know about area. No teabags or milk so bring your own. Thank you for the stay much appreciated. "

"One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out. Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. "The staff were very friendly. Last minute I had to change my arrangements and the staff accommodated this which I was grateful for as the hotel was busy at this time of year. The room was clean and comfortable. As was the restaurant and bar. Not too much noise so enjoyed a good sleep. Perfect location and would stay again. The only thing I would say is that the water pressure and temperature in the shower are not great. Other than that was a great stay. Thank you "

"Couldn’t get a table for dinner. Had to eat from a low table in reception. We could see the dining room and there were empty tables all night. Not very successful. Not what you need after a six hour journey. Think there was problems in the kitchen. We could not get an answer from reception as we couldn’t find the car park. Had to ask a local."

"Here’s a polished review based on everything you shared—warm, positive, and ready to post: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I recently spent seven weeks at this hotel for work, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which made such a long stay feel comfortable and welcoming. Two team members in particular really stood out. Jilly on reception was an absolute bundle of joy every morning—her warmth and energy set a positive tone for the day and made me feel right at home. Laura was also wonderful; always present, always smiling, and consistently happy to help with anything I needed. They both deserve a big thumbs up for their outstanding hospitality. Breakfast each day was great, with plenty of choice and consistently good quality. I also had the lovely surprise of receiving a free two-course meal after registering on the hotel’s website, as it happened to be my birthday—such a thoughtful touch that really made my stay feel special. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and am already looking forward to returning in the next few months. Highly recommended!"
