Staff was wildly over whelmed with a few events all coming in at once so check in was backed up but the staff handled it well. Alicia was great!

Galt House Hotel Trademark Collection by Wyndham
Rooms were clean and we got upgraded to a suite for not a lot more money. We ate at the Down One Bourbon Bar, and they were very short-staffed so we waited a long time for a server to help us, but once we were waited on the food and drinks were good.
