The checkout process took way longer than expected on a Sunday where there were multiple guests checking out at once with with only 1 front desk person. It would be helpful to have at least 1 other person working the desk.

Hancock House
This was a comfortable place to stay with a great parking situation. It was very easy to walk to shops and restaurants in NuLu.
