"I stayed for a Tuesday through Sunday and requested housekeeping every day and they showed up at the end of the third day after my husband called and got loud with the desk. The room was grimy. I ran out of body wash the second day and ended up just having to use shampoo because housekeeping would not show up. The floor was so dirty that I cleaned it with a hotel towel and a sink of handsoap and water because it was just disgusting. The towel was brown after I was done and I just had a small room the hot tub is set to 5000°. Can’t stay in it long. The whole hotel seems to be covered in a nasty tobacco film. The smoke does not stay in the casino area, but the food is good. I did have a few great dining experiences one at the pool bar one at the steakhouse and one at the seafood restaurant."

"Repurposed old New Orleans building. conveniently located in the French Quarter, well appointed rooms, several indoor patios to enjoy, staff was exceptional in providing for the guest needs. Will definitely return to this hotel. Did not use parking, but is available, is extra, and is not on site."

"A great hotel centrally located in the famous French Quarters. Extremely friendly staff and all the amenities of an upscale hotel. The concierge Jane and Shawn were very helpful too!"

"The hotel was clean and quiet. Lloyd on the front desk was fantastic. Very polite and professional. He arranged extra amenities in the room. When asked for directions he was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations of where to visit. Fairly cheap considering the hotel is only one block from Bourbon street! The breakfast was good. Either full continental or a la carte eggs. The only criticism I have is that I wish they would use local coffee houses for the coffee, rather than Starbucks. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend friends and family!"

"Great location, very close to French quarter, we walk there every day ; spacious room with sofa, kitchen, refrigerator! Staff very friendly and helpful, has a cute courtyard. We enjoyed our stay there! Breakfast was good but would be great if the menu can change a bit each day."

"We stayed 2 separate nights, a Sunday and a Wednesday. On Sunday, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking out on Monday morning was different. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no one was available. On Sunday, 1 restaurant was closed. On Wednesday, 3 restaurants were "temporarily" closed and 1 was closed for a special event. Our choices were then Claim Jumper, Saltgrass or Cadillac. None of which we were thrilled about. Having been in the pool service industry for 25 years, I could tell the pool chemistry was off just by the quality of the water view. I understand such large volume is hard to maintain, but for the price of the room, I would expect better. I did not use the pool for that reason."
