"Very nice staff"

"Clean room, staff at pool need improvement you have to get your drinks at the drink areas only, they don’t have nobody to offer you drinks in pool areas, food was ok but it seems that the majority of is for Dominicans, the other restaurants by appointment only those a good quality. I will probably go to other place again, Puerto Plata is a nice place to revisit"

"A nice hotel, very clean. Very friendly staff. Big rooms, high ceiling, A/C. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars but the restaurant, really drags this hotel down. Extremly long wait to receive our meals, cold. 45 minutes to 1 hour to wait for breakfast. Also, internet did not reach all the bed rooms which was annoying. Not major but still something to mention. Besides that, everything this hotels brings up is great"

"Great buffet! Love the desserts!. They have good activities through out the day starting at 10:00 am. At night great music. We had one night DJ second night live music."

"The room was very clean. The breakfast was amazing and parking was available at all times"

"Hotel was cleaned. But there was not hot water."

"Very clean. Comfortable. Close to the beach. There are cafes and restaurants on the beach to suit every taste and budget. Great pool."

"We really wanted to like this hotel. Before we even got here, I called with short notice to he fair to arrange transportation, the first person told us it had to be done 3 days earlier and the other one 1 week earlier. Is not stated anywhere. They gave me a taxi driver phone number and he was great! We got to our room and it was nice, the door a little hard to open and the balcony sliding door it was hard to open too and made a really loud noise. After a day the door wouldn’t open anymore and...

"Place was very nice and ALL the staff were fantastic and very communicative. Beach is in walking distance and they also do have golf carts to bring you around free of charge. I would absolutely return again."

"Los dueños, son súper amables y atentos se los recomiendo quedan los lugares súper cerca y aunque es pequeño la verdad súper bien"

"Super clean Helpful Very good Wish breakfast - at least continental- was included Great location. quite noisy at night"

"Saw one big croch roaming around...had to dirty one of my house slippers..."

"We had a wonderful stay! The host and his companion were absolutely amazing, very welcoming, and attentive to our needs. They took us to Costambar, where we had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed the experience. The chef was also excellent, and breakfast was delicious. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here. We would love to come back again!"
