"Property ok"

"We chose Rooms at the Pecan because of the reviews about cleanliness in the surrounding hotels. Clean is important to us. Room was very clean, dated but maintained, ac worked well. The location was perfect for our activities in the area. We knew it was a basic room with no mini fridge, microwave or coffee machine the issue we had was there was no tv access. Tv was in room but no clicker, went to desk was told the clicker was removed because tv doesn’t work. They apologized for the other employee...

"First off staff was not ugly at all just seemed like they didnt want to be there (front dest people) the man that was mopping was very nice greeted us pushed the elevator button for us and held the door. Second the halls were very dark had to use flashlight from phone to find door key in my person the doors are very loud trying to close them , pillows were flat and uncomfortable woke up to 3 roaches running around in the bathroom floor , would of liked to use the pool buuut just looking at it...

"La atención fue buena, buen precio"

"Bad experience! Not modern! After being in the room for 2hrs i could not breathe because the mold and dust was very bad. I knew the motel was old but it was very very old. I booked for 2 days and left after 2 hours. They also refused to refund me after I claimed to have bad allergies and couldn't breathe in their room. Good luck!"

"Don't waste your money in this place, from the minute I called to confirm my reservation they wanted to know how many people were staying so they could charge me more. Got to the place and the room was super hot, no toilet paper, roo. Was dirty a d bugs on the floor and walls. The manager even wanted to go into my room to see how many ppl were inside so he could charge me extra. Idk if they have cameras in the rooms or what but it was a really sketchy place. I have feeling that they came inside...

"nice staff"

"Excellent stay… clean rooms. Great staff."

"Muy buena atención y todo en muy buen estado de condiciones"

"This place was not a place to stay at. The room was dirty. There was left over clothes from the ppl who were there prior. Would not stay there ever again. The pictures looked decent but the property was not a representation of the photos."

"Clean and comfy rooms. Spacious. Friendly staff."
