The rooms are remodeled so, they look brand new and smell new. Excellent customer service. I would recommend to everyone if you are looking for a place to rest your head.

Pay the extra money for a good hotel

The staff were wonderful and kind. The hotel it self was disgusting. We had people hanging outside of our room all night being loud.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is ok. You get what you pay for. Overall I wouldn’t stay again since I did see blood in the shower curtains. But it’s very affordable.

The sheets were dirty, they had hairs from the previous guess. The tub and the sink also had hairs. The staff tried to excuse themself saying it was the maid's fault and that they had to oversee 45 more rooms.

The owner was rude made it complicated to check in wouldn't listen to what I had to say.! Refuse my service then told me I was never allowed there! I payed for non smoking room and was trying to get me smoking room

The kind manager greeted me right away and he went beyond the call of duty to show me room options and explain everything clearly. The room was fine for my overnite stay. I rested well and the location was very convenient for my birding activities in the Brownsville area. No complaints from me.

The bed sheets were dirty, the bath tub had hairs all over, & the owners (front receptionists) had the worst customer service. They constantly surveillance you to look for any excuse to charge you more. The owners migrated here from India, and their English is hard to understand. Do not trust them with your credit card information!
