"Unsecure Parking 1045pm to 0700 WithOut gated access. Parking at YOUR OWN RISK. HIGH CRIME AREA. STAFFING UNTRAINED INFLEXIBLE OWNERSHIP"

"Me gustó la.limpieza y las chicas que atienden super super amables y resolvieron mis dudas"

"From a glance the property is nice and beautiful. The issue is the rooms are outdated. The lobby staff and bellboys are super nice but the bar and restaurant staff need a course in hospitality. Also you can’t flush tissue in the toilets. So yes, when you wipe, you have to put it in the garbage. I didn’t like that. We had an issue with the hot water so for 2 days we took cold showers. Not fun. The towels were raggedy with holes and stains. I don’t have complaints about the food. It was descent....

"Bueno para dormir, lo malo es no había parqueo dentro pero fuera del hotel si y tienen cámara de seguridad."

"You get what you pay for. Just had an issue with the fact that there were little ants in all of the beds"

"La comida estuvo 10/10 solo que la habitación olía a humedad y el snack no era variado, solo hamburguesas y hot dog, no me gustan, después lo demás super bien."

"I like everything about the property. The service was 100% good."

"It is a really nice place to stay and enjoy"

"Very Pricey didnt get access to good restaurantes and to many amenities far from the good places not impress would not invest in the presidencial suites at Life style again poor Quality for soo much money great staff hard working people"

"It’s was a nice place but it needed to be repaired . The plug outlet was damaged. Pool needed to be clean . And the tv was very small . For breakfast it was only one option . The same option for the entire 8 days we book. But the staff was very friendly and helpful."
