"Warm water pool. Great food. Friendly staff. Wasn’t aware it’s $45 extra for parking. Pricey restaurant. Our rooms were cleaned every day. Glad to find out breakfast was included."

"Overpriced, yes the location and shuttle are nice due to how close it is to universal studios. Other than that, room is outdated and dusty. Water turns on and off when taking a shower. Will say staff was nice. Hotel needs to be better kept, especially for the prices they're charging."
