Loews Hollywood Hotel
"Everything was good but could have been a little bit more clean. You can tell they do not clean under the beds much since trash was under. Also, the cafe had a bunch of hair in the fruit salad. The staff did apologize and gave a new fruit salad."

"I didn’t like some of the front desk staff. The keys never work properly. Front desk unhelpful in solving that issue. Bad for cars dropping off people"

Sheraton Universal Hotel
"We had an amazing 3 night stay at the Sheraton. The staff and hotel were amazing. Close proximity to Universal Studios. You can walk there or take the shuttle which is very convenient. We highly recommend this hotel."
