"I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It is easy to get to from the airport via their shuttle. The staff, specifically Larry, were so friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and loved the pool area. The breakfast was okay. The hotel could use some updating but it’s clean and close to places to walk to. We walked across the street to Starbucks every day. It’s in a safe area. We walked to get burgers the first night at 10:00. "

"Overall, we had a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was well-kept. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff in the breakfast/snack area were especially friendly and attentive. The front desk team was also welcoming and helpful. The only issue we experienced was with a request for extra items. I called a day before our arrival to ask for additional towels, a pillow, and a blanket, and I followed up on this request each day during our stay. Unfortunately, we never received the extra pillow or blanket. It seems like there may have been a miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeping not sure how hard it would be to bring a pillow and a blanket or if there is a rule only one per room not sure. While this wasn’t a major issue, it was a bit frustrating to repeatedly ask and not have it resolved. Would I stay here again? I’m honestly unsure there is many other hotels that offer similar stuff and prices that to me is more about the overall experience. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the indoor pool for the kids, which we did get to enjoy and not many hotels have an indoor pool so that is definitely a plus for this hotel.n "

"This was a horrible stay. In our first room the motor broken on the air conditioner so they moved us to another room. We left to go get something to eat and came back and that air conditioner wasn't working so they called maintenance in at 10 o'clock at night still could not get the air working we sweat all night long. Tried to take a shower. The shower door would not close. We had to use towels to profit closed. My daughter seat was sticking to the floor walking throughout the hotel room to put on socks in the bottom of the socks turned to black. "
