"The staff is lovely and I like all the amenities — fitness room, pool, cafe on site. However, the room itself was a bit dingy — furniture stained, mold stains in the shower… pretty grim. For one night, I was fine but I wouldn’t recommend beyond that."

"Excellent stay when visiting Universal Studios. The hotel shuttle bus runs constantly. The bed was just okay, but we slept well. The pool was busy with kids in the Jacuzzi too. The tables weren't cleaned after guests left and there was trash. The pool was heavily used that day. It was heated which ..."
