Biltmore Los Angeles
Room was beautiful and clean. Food at breakfast buffet was good, bagels were not soft. But ok. Staff is pleasant and professional. I love the building!

The staff was wondering. The only thing I disagree on is the shuttle back to the airport they charged us $10 a person when they said it was a free shuttle
