"The fan didn't work, the 2 skylight windows were full of cobwebs and didn't look like they had been cleaned, the tap in the kitchen was coming away from its base, the extractor fans were a little bit noisy.Would have liked to have been on a lower floor. "The room exceeded my expectations! Lots of space, and the room had a very luxurious feel to it. Having a little kitchenette was very handy too. "Great little studio, very cosy and warm, extra heater if needed, great attention to detail, bathmat, proper hangers, nice towels. Kitchen well equipped for light cooking, extra pillows and very nice cushions, super comfy bed. Very accommodating hosts. We had an amazing stay!!"

"Upgraded to the deluxe double but was a little disappointed that room size was no different and there was no bottled water provided which I thought was a standard witn most hotels and a no biscuits or a chocolate which is always a nice touch.
