My husband and I actually asked if there was any availability to stay another night and they moved things around and made it happen. We chose to stay because we love the Cape and this hotel!! "This is our favorite place to stay in Orleans. Everything is just perfect. Clean and neat, rooms are a great size. It is very quiet and the grounds are beautiful. Tables and grill outside for breakfast, lunch and dinner, if you like to eat outside. They also service a continental breakfast everyday with homemade muffins. Also if you don't want to go to the ocean to swim the pool is perfect. They do have a laundry on the grounds too. Best place to stay on Cape Cod.

"Reasonably priced, large rooms on well kept grounds, close enough to downtown Provincetown to stroll to Commercial street and downtown. The room was very clean and pleasant, with two comfortable beds, all the necessary amenities, a nice bathroom and attention to detail in the simple but well done decor. The pool was very nice plus, with plenty of lounge chairs, there was a fire pit for the evenings and the staff was gracious and efficient. I would recommend for an affordable stay in town with...
