This is a really neat place. It sits over businesses on the main street right by the piers the whale watching are. Theres a ton within walking distance plus the hotel rooms are cute and nicely updated.

Lovely room. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and massive. The towels are a bit thin. And the floor of the shower stall was quite slippery. Needs some kind of grip stickers or the like. I couldn't figure out the sauna but the person I was texting with was quite kind and helpful. There was a $20 per hour charge for coming in early which ,given a Monday off season, seemed a bit ridiculous so I wasn't a fan of the extra change for what in many places is a simple courtesy.

This room was not on ocean side. We knew that when we booked. The fireplace was nice for the cold nights. I had to message to ask a question and was responded to immediately. We had a great time. Room is right on commercial street. Walk to everything! The Portuguese bakery is right across the street!! So good!!

Not a bad place but not a great place. Convenient location. A bit noisy in the building with people coming/going. The lighting in the room could be better other than the glaring overhead lights - there was a small table lamp but the lamplight itself was low and didn't provide much (if any) real light. Bath towels could be updated as they didn't provide adequate drying after shower.
