"Just checked out of Splendid Hotel and had a great experience from start to finish. Located in the heart of the Old Quarter, it’s within walking distance to the lake, the cathedral, and plenty of shopping. The staff were incredibly welcoming, I loved the welcome drink so much I had to ask for the recipe 😅 and the complimentary fruit in the room was definitely an added bonus. Even with a short stay, they took the time to recommend must-visit spots, which I really appreciated. The spa facility was excellent, and the rooftop bar was such a nice place to unwind. I also used their airport transfer, which was seamless and very well organized. Will definitely be coming back"

"We stayed at the hotel for two nights in four days. The first room was small but clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was that the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I spoke with reception upon leaving and told them of our issue. When we returned for our second stay, we were delighted to find we had been upgraded. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was better still a bit hard but we slept better. We enjoyed breakfast on both stay and found it to be excellent and plenty of to eat. The staff were excellent. They were very professional, helpful, courteous and friendly. The main person we dealt with during our stay was Da and he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. He recommended restaurants and made bookings for us. Thanks Da you made our stay great. We also dealt with Alex who also helped us with booking a trip to Halong Bay. Thanks to everyone and would stay at this hotel again."
