The room was clean, little outdated and probably in need of some TLC but we had a great view of London bridge. Staff were nice, unfortunately there was a little bit of communication issues in some aspects. Overall it was a lovely stay

Strand Palace Hotel
Lots of queuing. Check in took a very long time, both waiting and at the desk itself. Long queues for breakfast despite lots of tables being available.
