Dear Rose, I am truly very sorry to hear the negative experience that you had with us on your last stay. Electrical suckers. All our rooms feted with two international sockets on the kitchen wall we never had the problem with guests private electrical appliances however we keep at reception portable adapters and you should been given them. Room clean. We do not enter and service guests rooms for guest’s staying for less than seven days, towels can be given on request. Also we provide the toilet paper as much as need. Hot water. Each room is feted with hot water cylinder which is more than ample to four guest. Each cylinder is fitted with two heating elements. We now find out that one element has been broken down and I am very grateful for your feed back in that matter. I apologise that the problem has not been fix it as it should have during your stay.
