After booked and paid they cancelled the last night. Had to shorten trip and spend half a day changing flights. Waited more than an hour on the street to check in. No one ever showed. Finally got instructions for lockbox. Went to unit it wasn't the one we booked. Waiting an hour for call back without unpacking in case we had to move. Waited another hour for call back with WiFi password. No throw bolt or chain inside door. Felt unsafe. Had to sit through "showing" of property on second day. Told we had to be out at 9am even though I sent screenshot that clearly says 11am. Woke to pounding on door at 8:15 guy said cleaner coming at 9. We said no. More pounding at 9:15 it was cleaner. Told her no. She sat on floor until we left at 10. Kitchen very poorly equipped. Only two forks, cutting knives all broken, no cutting board, no coffee press, electric kettle full of brown scales and unusable, no mitt to remove hot items from oven (we used a bath towel), sink tiny and stained. 20 years of executive travel I've never felt more unwelcome.
