Generally OK, room was rather warm at check in, with curtains closed. Air con took some working to get the system to cool rather than heat. On waking up in the morning there was no hot water in the room. Didn't get a chance to get it rectified as I had to leave promptly after a decent breakfast.

This hotel we booked late it proved to be an excellent choice.the check in staff were brilliant.the bar staff were excellent the restaurant food was very good and not overpriced.breakfast was good.all in all a very good hotel well situated all the staff were 5 star couldnt fault it

The room that we stayed in had pipes in the sealing. I when you looked up at the pipes it was extremely dirty. I was woken up by staff who were cleaning at 7 am due to them vacuuming.

No need for a wake up call the hoovering will do!!
Great location just around the corner from Earls Court tube station. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was given a basement room which I didn’t like as theee was natural light. There were no batteries in the TV remote and the room showed several signs of wear and tear. I stayed on a Saturday night and was woken to the sound of hoovering at 8:15am in the corridor outside my room on Sunday morning. This hotel could be great with more attention to detail and greater care for guests needs.

Dont expect the bed you paid for!
I cant deny that the room left us disappointed. There were 3 levels of room available... a standard double, a superior double, and a deluxe double. To pay significantly more for a deluxe double room, which clearly stated it came with a double bed, yet be met with a room housing 2 single beds pushed together, made me wonder how much worse the superior or standard rooms were. There's nothing more romantic than playing rock paper scissors to decide who's going to spend the night wedged in the gap between the mattresses so that we can lay next to each other. For an otherwise well decorated, well presented hotel, it was a poor show for a suposedly 4* establishment.

A estadia foi razoável. O hotel se auto avalie como quatro estrelas, mas na verdade trata-se de um três estrelas. Oferece conforto razoável. A cama de casal é pequena para os padrões de conforto e o quarto um pouco apertado para se dizer categoria "de luxo" como foi definido quando fiz a reserva via Hoteis. Gostaria de destacar a calefação como excelente.

1st offered room didn't have any windows, the 2nd room was noisy (opposite lift) and had a noise of working air-conditioning for the building, which was off only from midnight to 6am. Room fridge didn't work, fixed the next day after request. Otherwise would be a good stay.

Basement room y hay esa not advertisted at hotels.com as basement. Heating was either off or extremely hot and managed centrally. Great location, accesible and with many things at hand that’s the best of this hotel

Dated carpets, sink was not draining. Reception was good and accommodating. Property is old and very dated, balconies are full of bird poop and carpets are ripped. Definitely not a 4 star, more like a 2 star hotel. Location is okay and near the Underground.

Okay but staff is rude
Okay stay. However staff were rude on the day of checkout. Unnecessary knocks on the door every 5 mins when we had spoken to reception we were packing up and about to leave and it was still the morning. They had no decency to ask politely. Duty manager was rude. The overall stay was okay but I won’t be coming back

Excelent. We will be back
My second stay at that hotel. The hotel was very comfortable and quiet, just two minutes walk from earl's court station. The staff was very helpfull, espacially Maria and Alina.

There was no luggage storage when I arrived but Maria at the desk was kind enough to offer an early check in. But overall this hotel needs an update as the carpet in the hallways and rooms and the condition of my room had a lot of wear and tear over the years!! Also there was no hot water in my room. It was only a one night stay so it was all bearable. But as someone who travels to London 2-3 times a year I will not be returning here.

Only hotel I have stayed in where they can not take your luggage prior to check in. First room was unacceptable second room offered was okay

This hotel will not hold your luggage. If you fly overnight and arrive in the morning, they will have you towing your bags around London until their 3pm checkin. This is a poor hotel policy and one of the reasons I won’t go back. Lots to choose from in London. Find someplace more accommodating to their guests.

Maria was responsive, helpful, and delightful. She is the shining star of the property. However, the king sized bed was not a king bed. It was two twin mattresses pushed together with a sheet over the top. So you felt the crack the entire night. When we booked, the info said the hotel offers luggage storage. However they said they no longer offered this despite this being advertised when we booked. Had I known about these things, I wouldn’t have stayed here. It was very difficult to get additional towels.

Clean and useful room.
Clean, twin room, large bathroom with bath. Eco products, tea coffee and microwave. Slightly slippy bathroom floor and some upgrade required on power bank, but everything else good.

Out seventh and last stay here. No smile or welcome on arrival. Property now tired with a stained carpet in the bedroom and poorly cleaned bathroom. Incredibly, for a supposed 4 star hotel, they will not store your case, for the day after checkout, yet this is still advertised as a service on various booking websites. Had to pay £13 to leave it in a corner shop down the road. Not enough room, apparently - even though, on all previous visits this had not been an issue. The manager hid behind head office edict, which was poor. On returning to the hotel, late of an evening, the front desk was unmanned and we entered unchallenged - we could have been criminals, for all they cared. The concierge, always so polite in the past, appears to have been axed. Laughably, the manager remained insistent that they value their customers. Pull the other one. This hotel has deteriorated rapidly. One to avoid.

Not 4 star
Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Booked a club dubbelroom for me and my husband, because we didn’t wanna end up in the basement. The rug in the room was disgusting. The bed was so soft, it almost broke my back. It felt like we sunk into the bed. Overall the room didn’t give a 4 star vibe. We checked in around 11 am, and would get access to the room at 3 pm. Not a problem at all. But it became a problem when the staff then says that we can’t leave our bags at the hotel. Excuse me? I’ve never been to a 4 star hotel where you can’t leave your bags??? The girl in the reception then changes her mind when she saw we had small bags. When checking out at 11 am, we wanted to leave the bags again. Our flight wasn’t until 6 pm. But no, that wasn’t possible at all. So the girl in the reception said that we could storage the bags at a shop near the underground for maybe 5 pound. So we went to the underground, asked for direction to this place, checked every street, but couldn’t find it. We even asked for help several times from people on the street, but no one knew about this mysterious place. This is not a 4 star hotel. This is 2/3 star. Save your money, or put extra money in and stay somewhere else. I feel robbed. Even the breakfast was a disgrace. Never again.
