I would not recommend this property to anyone who does not speak Thai or have their own car. We were mislead by their decriptionn of the property, where it claimed it was a 2 minute walk to the ruins and that they had a pool.There was no one at reception the whole time, no manager we could talk to and we had to find the cleaning staff to try and check us in. Our room was not ready and we waited for almost 2 hours in 38° in a non air-conditioned lobby. Because of the language barrier we never did figure out if they served breakfast. The pool had been closed for 2 months or demolished, as we never found it. There were a lot of cats everywhere. And when we returned after 8 hours of walking in 38° heat, there was no water in our bathroom. There are no restaurants, stores or amenities near by as it is in a village. The air conditioning worked well and the view of the river was lovely.

Little paradise

Here is a paradise away from home! The staff welcome you with a kind, generous smile who ensure you feel 100% comfortable! The room is very comfortable, with great bathroom! Hot water and great Aircon! The common spaces are magical- lots of tables and chairs to sit with a beautiful view of the river and a clean pool to have a dip in after a hot day! Breakfast has many options- from omelette with or without meat and cereals and fruit! Only thing is dinner service ends at 6pm- but local night markets around! Definitely need a car or a scooter to get around! Would definitely go back!

The room we reserved did not have a river view and balcony.They did move us but smaller room and it had a balcony. Staff does not seem very happy. Have to take shoes off to go upstairs to your room.

Very nice little hotel right next to the river. All staff very friendly. Price of room included a 3 hour boat trip around Ayuthaya which was excellent. Need to be driving to stay here but if you are choose this place.

Cosy small hotel where you kinda get to know the people. Excellent view over the river and choose between 3 different breakfasts - no buffet except for toast. Room was good but water tended to be very cold in the shower. Bit hard to find and nothing in the area to do - car highly recommended
