I absolutely loved my stay at the Durrants Hotel and could not recommend the property enough! The entire staff was so kind and helpful, and the property itself has the most quintessential British 'boutique' hotel vibes. Would definitely return again!

Paying this amount of money to be awake at 6.30 am due to delivery trucks, laundry trucks etc. Being just below the windows is not acceptable. While the location is great and the staff was nice, I was really not happy with the experience.

What a great 6 days stay. Lovely historic hotel maintained exceptionally well. Long history of being a hotel and the neighborhood had wonder restaurants and independent shops. The staff was very friendly, we loved the small ‘pub’ bar for a nightcap and breakfast was excellent too. Our new fav London hotel.

Nice comfy bed and pillows. Nice and clean. Good location. Disappointed as no air con and it was very hot in room. Supplied with a fan and one window opened wide but still extremely warm for trying to sleep.

A comfortable and characterful hotel not too far from Baker Street tube. The public rooms are very well appointed and pleasant; the table served traditional breakfast was very good. My single room was small but acceptable. The hotel is convenient for the Wigmore Hall and very convenient for the Wallace Collection, which is over the road.

What do you mean by amenities? My room was fine but my daughter’s was not. She was moved to a better one, but it caused some inconvenience. This is a beautiful and historic hotel in a convenient location. The food was excellent and so was the service at the bar.

The room was cheerful and large enough for the two of us to move around comfortably. I appreciated the bathrobes and slippers and that the television came with apps including Netflix. There was no air conditioning but the room had a fan that kept the temperature down. The staff were very helpful- arranging a restaurant reservation, finding a driver to take us to Heathrow. We felt well cared for and look forward to returning to Durrant’s.

My go-to London hotel! The location is central and walkable to so many cultural sites, and you feel like you are truly in England rather than an American chain hotel. The windows open and the shower was not cramped. The bed and linens are high class. There are several quiet common rooms, a restaurant and a bar on site.

I loved my stay here. It was such a charming hotel, with great amenities and a fantastic restaurant. The staff was so helpful and attentive. I only stayed for 1 night, but I really look forward to coming back again someday for a longer stay. You cannot beat the location either!

The hotel was lovely and we were able to check in 2 hours early, which was great. However, we booked a standard double room, which was fine and clean, however we looked out onto a brick wall and no air con just a rotating fan. When it’s been so hot, it wasn’t very effective. For £300 for 1 night l, it was an expensive room considering no air con. The view didn’t really bother us as it was a room for the night whilst we were in London for a show. Avoid room 304.
