"Very friendly staff,very clean and great location."

"I had an awful experience with the Dorsett Shepherd's Bush that necessitated in me having to leave the premises to stay at a nearby hotel. I'm still waiting for an explanation from the hotel as to why my checked in room (with do not disturb sign changing on the door) was accessed, my private property packed and removed by persons unknown without my permission. It was supposedly moved to alternative room which I hadn't requested and which was also empty of my belongings! My bag with papers, medication, clothes, private material etc was eventually found in lost property. I felt unsafe at the hotel. I felt lied to about what had transpired. Very troubling experience all together."

"Hotel great value for money, and well located for access to overland and Uber Boat. Room clean, well proportioned and decorated for our stay plus really quiet and dark so had a superb night's sleep! Loved the extra touch of the arrival cookies! Service from front desk faultless. "

"The hotel exceeded our expectations from the location, to the breakfast, to the staff. We had some issues with the AC and the staff was super quick to respond and fix the issue. I highly recommend adding the breakfast to your stay. There was a great assortment and everything was delicious and fresh. If you’re looking to take the tube, note that West Brompton is the closest station, not Earls Court. We found getting around incredibly easy, as the station was within view of the hotel. Would return again. "

"The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to an superior executive room which was a double room with an additional sofa. It also had a complimentary minibar. The only thing was, the only item in the minibar was water. When I checked at reception, that was all they put in the minibar for that room type. I can get water from the tap for free anyway so after making a big deal out of it when we checked in it was very disappointing. Also the tv did not thave sky tv channels. The shower had no power what so ever and was warm at best. The waitresses at the bar were great once they arrived, but like buses, never appeared for ages and then got 3 at once. When you pay £100 plus per night you should expect more. Have stayed in hotels all over the world and had way better rooms for far less. Very disappointed. "

"Room is small, but for the price I paid it’s worth it. Not the most comfortable bed in the world but it gets the job done. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Short walk down the street to the metro. Nice neighborhood. "
