"Clean but very small room with minimal amenities. Good location but not really comfortable."

"There were lapses in changing linens, leaving water, replacing tea bags, milk and biscuits. Overall the stay was good. Will stay again."

"Great location"

"It was excellent value for money. Staff really helpful, friendly. The room was clean, basic but that's what we expected to be fair. Breakfast in the morning was good. I would use again."

"This hotel was an incredible find. Just a seven minute walk from Baker Street tube station. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was small but spotlessly clean, as was the entire hotel. Breakfast was a real gem. Plenty of choice, fresh and delicious. The only thing I would point out is the lift only goes to the third floor. Our room was on the fourth floor up a short flight of stairs. Not an issue for us, but maybe for those with mobility issues. I would definitely recommend this...

"This is the first time I’ve stayed at Dorset Square Hotel, but it won’t be the last. The combination of location, gorgeous interiors, and exceptional service makes it the perfect place to stay. An absolute gem."

"We had a lovely stay at the Somerset Hotel during our trip to London. The location was fantastic, with Baker Street Station just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Our room was spacious and comfortable after long days of exploring. The check-in process was quick and straightforward, and the member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming. While the hotel is a little dated in places, it offered great value for money considering its central location."

"It was a small but great room. The space is used well with storage under the bed and a pull out little table. The usb plug ins and lights by the bed are convenient. The staff were always available and very helpful."
