"10 minute walk to paddington stations. Not easy with luggage. Lifts not always working from paddington to hotel.Property excellent. Airconditioned and many lifts.Need a plug for the sink. Tea towell & dishwashing liquid provided. No instructions for use of dishwasher and microwave/oven. Safe down not eady when from the older generation. Beds comfortable. Staff excellent.

"Very clean, quiet, very comfortable king bed, excellent temperature conrrol, small but delightful room for a couple, great breakfast. However, the lift (elevator) was so small, I almost thought it was a joke and that the real lift must be somewhere else. Claustrophobic me refused to use it. Fortunately, my spouse and I love walking and don't mind taking stairs, even up to the 4th floor. "
