La chambre était plutot petite, mensardée et aménagée dans un ancien grenier, mais bien agencée avec une salle de bains plutot spacieuse. Literie excellente. Finalement très correct en rapport qualité/prix. "

"We staying in the XXL which came with 2 double beds and 1 double sofa bed. The 2 double beds and sofa bed we're separated by a wall and sliding door. The room was a good size and the bathroom clean. "Séjour catastrophique de 3 nuits (samedi-mardi) pour un couple avec enfant, chambre 115. Dès l'arrivée, lavabo bouché signalé à 14h à l'accueil, sans intervention. À 18h, nouveau signalement : une fuite d'eau au plafond de la réception était visible (seaux et serviettes au sol). L'agent, seul en poste, dit ne pas pouvoir intervenir immédiatement mais promet de régler le problème. À notre retour à 2h du matin, le lavabo était toujours bouché. Autres soucis dans cette chambre : salle de bains...

"The room was pretty spacious for a 3 bed. The location convenient for those who want to access Tourcoing city centre. If you want to keep your budget low compared to Lille’s prices you can pick it up and commute by metro or tram to Lille city centre, approx 30-35mins ride. We didn’t experience hotels breakfast. "

"Staff were very helpful and efficient. Rooms and hotel are very modern with a good lounge and bar. Breakfast was nice with a reasonable choice. I would recommend it to anyone. Secure parking on site was reassuring. Very close to the train station but no issue with noise."

"On arrival we were informed breakfast was €28 each person. Thought to be too expensive. Your website states free breakfast. Very frustrating when we had breakfast elsewhere at our expense. The shower room sink was too high and difficult for me to wash and shave. My wife being shorter could not wash properly. The drain plug in the bath was blocked and would not drain the water properly."
