The door to the suite constantly rattled whenever the downstairs door opened and shut, and because of the lack of soundproofing you could hear every conversation from below. "Great pre-arrival service with emails sharing possible local sites and places to eat. Then, such a warm welcome on arrival. Great room and we had wonderful views down into Perth. Perth was within easy walking distance. The lounge with the wood burning fire in the evening was cozy and a great environment to enjoy a wee dram. Great breakfast."
