"Stunning hotel! Very large rooms with gorgeous balcony views of the ocean. The infinity pool offers excellent views, especially at sunset. Staff were friendly and always available to answer questions. The only difficulty experienced was with the on-site spa and the inability to access the jacuzzi unless you pay for a very expensive spa treatment. It is also almost impossible to get an appointment if you don’t schedule 2-3 days in advance so we could not access the jacuzzi at all during our stay....

"Fabulous place!! Staff was outstanding, especially Agus who took excellent care of us. Outside the resort is a little sketchy but theres nothing Jivana can do about it. Tortoises on site that the kitchen will give you bananas to feed them. Huge coy fish that are right there at your room. Cant say how much we loved this place!"

"Fantastic stay at Rinjani Lodge. What a gem of a hotel. The views are incredible and our room was immaculately clean. The food was delicious with a very wide ranging menu, both local and western/south East Asian. Presentation was lovely, especially breakfast. The room itself was a good size, good AC and a large bathroom. It had a day bed outside where we could chill and simply look! "A beautiful resort on Lombok. Room was superb with king size bed, half open bathroom with shower under the clear sky. We had a room with ocean view and a large balcony. Breakfast had lots of choices, almost too many. Quality of food was great. Also a beautiful large (40 meter) pool. Staff are very courteous and spa treatments very good. "
