Loved the hotel - so clean and close to the airport. My room overlooked the rice field. Breakfast was okay. The staff were okay and not super friendly. It looked like it was just a job for many of them.

I have not had the chance to explore the area around the airport or compare it with other nearby hotels. This is a decent hotel for a one-night stay before a flight, but I would not choose it for a vacation. The price was low, so I felt I got good value for the money. One major advantage was the complimentary airport transfer, which was very convenient. The rooms are adequate, but I had an issue with the air conditioning in my first room. A maintenance technician came to inspect it, but they were unable to fix the problem. Situations like this take time and inevitably affect the overall guest experience. In my opinion, the hotel should have better control over such issues and provide guests with a new room much more quickly when problems like this occur.

Ok stay but very noise

The stay was ok, but if you are a light sleeper bring your earplugs cause you hear everything from the corridors and nearby rooms. The staff in the reception very helpful and smiley, on the other hand restaurant staff needs lot of training. Good airport transfer.

I would like to make a note of Ricky, whom after I had an awful experience at your airport, calmed me down and took me to the store for some beer. Your hotel is very convenient for a pass thru onto islands. Would definitly recommend. I don't know if you can do anything with the cab driver problem. My first stop in Indonesia was Jakarta. I am a single female traveler, and must always be aware of my situations. There, I was swarmed by at least 50 taxi drivers. I said no so many times and they kept coming. I wanted the shuttle bus and a taxi driver said it would be an hour wait, while the bus was 20 feet away, another whole i was boarding the shuttle asked if i wanted a taxi. I asked him if he was stupid? This being my first encounter with your counrty, i thought this place is awful. It was but true at all. Your people are kind and wonderful. Until..I arrived at Lombok airport where the situation with the taxi drivers was the same. They were so upsetting to me. These people are the first encounter visitors have with your country and it is the worst impression. Please Swiss Lombok pass this message on to someone to fix this problem. The staff at your hotel are exceptional and kind, as was evety single other person. I hope you will take my advise.

We stayed at the Swiss-Belcourt Lombok twice, both for one night — once on arrival and again before flying home. The staff were lovely and the rooms looked nice, but unfortunately we had serious issues on both stays. On our first stay, we were given a room that was already occupied by another guest, with all their belongings inside. Thankfully nobody was there when we entered, but this was extremely concerning and made us question how secure the rooms were and whether it was safe to leave our own belongings. The second stay was even worse. We had paid extra for an upgraded suite, yet in the middle of the night I woke to hundreds of ants crawling all over me and throughout the bed. It was horrific. I couldn't sleep for the rest of the night and hours later my skin was still crawling. We dread to think what the standard rooms are like. The pool was also unusable — extremely cloudy with rubbish floating in it, including an empty crisp packet. This was especially disappointing as we deliberately took a later flight so we could enjoy a relaxing morning by the pool. Breakfast was also very poor for such a large hotel. The staff were genuinely lovely and the hotel looks good, but the security issue, severe ant problem, unusable pool and poor breakfast meant we could not recommend it.

Honestly a particular staff is what I will remember about this hotel. Fauzan was the most genuine, sweet and helpful guy I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Made my stay for sure. The hotel is close to the airport and they will shuttle you there. Room was good, no complaints. My only issue was the restaurant. I found the food terrible which was difficult as there isn’t much in walking distance. Even a store with some snacks would be great. All in all I recommend.

Very very basic hotel at the airport. We stayed here as our flight was a 6 am. The room was very small and noisy, dining options were very poor and the food was not great. They have a bar but you can’t get a glass of wine. Would not recommend based on our experience.

Great location and would normally be okay

Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol.

I’d maybe consider elsewhere…

Friendly and speedy check in however badly let down with the service/ quality in the restaurant. Wrong order delivered at lunch, evening meal portions were child size and then a mix up over dessert. Following morning breakfast was terrible. 8 times for bread to go through the toaster before it was cooked, eggs under cooked and coffee cold. Very poor indeed.
