It turned out we were the first guests of our suite. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Full size kitchen with refrigerator, oven, pans, plates and utensils. Filtered water dispenser with a cold/normal/hot options is provided. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall a great place to stay."

"Es hat uns alles gut gefallen, besonderes nettes Personal, das uns in jede Hinsicht geholfen hatte. Der Garten mit dem Pool machen die Anlage sehr hübsch. Der einzige minus Punkt ist das quietschendes Bett, was bei jeder Umdrehung quietschte. Filtertrinkwassergerät hat uns den Weg in den Supermarkt erspart. Dafür ein grosses Dankeschön. "

"If you’re looking for a self contained retreat experience, this property is awesome. Having its own private beach is a plus for that. It’s an older property but beautifully maintained. If you want to venture off the property, though, that’s a different story. It’s isolated, miles removed from the Kuta Beach scene. In my eye, that’s not necessarily a bad thing, mind you. I found Kuta Beach to be overrun with locals on the weekend and largely deserted during the week. Didn’t like the aggressiveness of the hawkers either. So I was content to stay at the Novotel and relax most of the time. "
