"The accommodation and facilities, along with the very helpful staff was excellent. We stayed at the venue for 5 days in total and can honestly say we would stay there again and again. The roon with its private pool and ouside shower / bathroom was exactly as described. There was a wedding next door to the hotel which was an interesting addition, which although loud celebrations, was something we are unlikely to experience again, and we were also welocomed by the locals with open arms. "We had a wonderful stay at Rinjani Lodge during our honeymoon. The hotel is beautiful, with fantastic views of the mountain and jungle valley. Its location is great to visit the Senaru waterfalls and also to walk to local bars and restaurants along the road. Our room was really large, clean and comfy and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was lovely for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Thank you! :)"

"Staff are great! Little bit of language barrier but of course to be expected. Amazing activities for kids. Hotel, while a little dated, is very well kept. Food is incredible - but service could be better."

"Het eten is van zeer goede kwaliteit en het personeel (Dini, Windri en alle anderen) zeer behulpzaam, fijn verblijf!"

"We loved our stay. It was super relaxing and everything we needed.the rooms are better than in the photos. We enjoyed the privacy of the rooms back from the beach. Its not near any other restaurants or resorts but I think thats what makes it special. The locals here are authentic and not demanding. The staff are also lovely. The beach is beautiful and it's nice to see the fishermen coming in from their nights out fishing. Its really close to the wildlife park which is actually very special and...

"Un hôtel vraiment agréable avec une piscine magnifique. Le personnel est très sympathique et aux petits soins. La plage est belle et calme et offre de beaux couchés de soleil. Le petit déjeuner est excellent."

"We stayed at Sudamala for five nights as part of our honeymoon and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and our villa was incredible; it was so clean, spacious and comfy. We loved having our own pool and the use of the main facilities too. Everything was perfect during our stay and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The restaurant food and breakfast were both delicious; with incredible views of the beach and the sunset every evening. The hotel organised spa...

"We loved the pool, gardens, our outdoor bathroom, the very good food and the friendliness of staff. A very lovely quiet spot for a few days. The ocean was too rough to swim in and we were warned about the ciral"

"I really want to highlight the exceptional service we received. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Thanks to them, our experience was truly wonderful. A huge thank you to the entire team for their genuine kindness and outstanding service — you made our stay absolutely special!"

"The rooms are a good size, the sink and shower was full of mould which was unpleasant. When I told management they didn’t offer to change my room. They tried to clean the mould but it didn’t help so I asked again and this time they changed the seals. The staff were amazing, friendly, warm and made the effort to make my stay amazing. Great location in the heart of Kuta"
